New ReviewerI spent 8+ hours over two days to get my cover and manuscript sent back. Customer service was rude, unprofessional, never remembered to escalate things, and I had to have my husband CALL because I am near deaf and every e-mail was sent by someone who MADE UP the reason for my complaint (no, I did not have trouble ordering author copies, logging in, or finding customer service when I explicitly It took a told you many, many times what my issue was.
It took all that just to get my manuscript, since it was lost in a computer crash. Guess what I found the VERY NEXT DAY?
My ebook was missing the manuscript. I have to call for this and NO ONE is there at customer service.
User's recommendation: Find a different site. It's not worth the aggravation and harassment.
Monetary Loss: $10.
Preferred solution: Apology.
Kappa Delta Pi Pros: Free.
Kappa Delta Pi Cons: Hareful, Blames customers.
